How we hire
Submitting your application
You found a role that you like. Great! We will thoroughly review your application and you will hear from us within a week from applying.
Getting to know you
If you application stood out we will schedule a video call with you. Here our recruiter will be curious about your motivation for the role and our product, and your future ambitions. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.
Manager’s interview
In this meeting, your future manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the area of your expertise.
Show us your skills
We want to see your practical insight by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. It might be a presentation on the chosen field or coding assignment. This stage will also give you a realistic insight into the challenge that you will face at Talk360.
Final chat
This is a meeting with a member of our leadership team. It usually happens on the same day right after the case study presentation. Here you will have a chance to demonstrate your growth mindset and proactive attitude.
Offer
Congratulations! If you've arrived at this stage it means that we think that you've got what it takes to become the next Talkateer! Recruiter will call you to discuss the offer and to finalise the whole process.
Reference check
We always want to hear from your previous team about how to work with you best, so we can learn from them and start our cooperation off on the right foot.
Any questions?
When will I hear back from you when I apply?
After you have submitted your application, we will get back to you within seven days. We follow this rule throughout our recruitment process, and after each step, you will receive an update in no longer than a week.
Do you offer remote work?
We work in a hybrid setup and usually come to the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. This is when we focus more on teamwork and organize a lot of knowledge-sharing workshops. However, we also encourage you to work from another city or country for up to two weeks per year to gain fresh perspectives and spark new ideas.
How should I prepare for the interview?
Please go through the job description once again, including our social media and the information here on the career site, so you can get a good understanding of the role and the culture. We want to know why you would pick us as your next adventure and how we fit into your career ambitions overall. We also encourage you to ask questions about what interests you. We are really curious about who you are, so the more authentically you show up, the better! Another great tip is to try our product to get a good feeling for what we are working on every day. We love talking about it, so it's always a good icebreaker! :)
How would you describe your culture?
Despite being small, we are truly international. You will have colleagues from the Netherlands, South Africa, Nigeria, Suriname, Turkey, Egypt, Kenya, Ukraine, and beyond. At this stage, everyone is highly entrepreneurial and has a lot of freedom to shape their role. By joining us, you will find yourself in an environment where people love building from scratch, experimenting, and learning from their mistakes while supporting each other.
What's Recharge Friday?
It's one of our initiatives. We challenge ourselves to work hard before the summer by setting very ambitious goals. If we hit them, we can enjoy the summer to the fullest by getting a half-day off every Friday in July and August.
Can I use AI during the recruitment process?
