People Lead

Talk360 connects people across 190 countries. Every day, millions rely on us to reach family, friends, customers, colleagues. We're profitable and entering new markets, but we're not planning significant headcount growth.

Right now, we're a team of 30 people spread globally. Small enough to know each other's names, big enough to have real impact. As we grow, everything changes. How we hire, how we grow, what it feels like to be here. That's why we need someone who doesn't just manage HR, but shapes culture intentionally.

Your Goal: Own the Full Employee Journey

As our People Lead, you'll take everything we've built so far and make it your own. From how we attract new colleagues, to how our people grow, reward and support the ones already here.

You will:

• Run the full employee lifecycle end-to-end: attraction, recruitment (with budget for external support on specialised roles), onboarding, development, performance, engagement and offboarding.

• Be the go-to person for managers and employees on any people-related question, big or small

• Keep our career growth framework relevant as the organisation evolves

• Make sure our salaries stay fair and aligned with the market

• Keep us compliant, without slowing us down

• Be a genuine sounding board for the CEO and the Executive Team on people topics

• Own internal communication. Make sure everyone understands where we're going, why, and what it means for them and their team

• Turn signals from the organisation into clear input for the Executive Team

Shape how it feels to work here

Talk360 is doing well, and we want that to show in how it feels to work here. You will:

About Talk360

Talk360 was founded with a clear purpose: to become the most accessible and reliable calling app for African diaspora communities, both within Africa and abroad. For our users, calls are not transactional, they are emotional lifelines to family, friends, and essential support networks. When service quality drops, they feel it immediately. That responsibility drives everything we build.

Over the past years, Talk360 has grown into a global communications platform connecting more than 6 million people worldwide last year. We successfully spun off our payments arm into NjiaPay, stepped into the gap left by the discontinuation of Skype, and achieved profitable growth from 2025 onwards, marking our transition from early-stage scale-up to a disciplined, sustainable business.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding beyond our own B2C app. We are now launching our first embedded calling products within partner platforms, bringing Talk360’s technology into new ecosystems and enabling partners to offer international calling directly within their own products.

Our ambition is bold: to become the world’s most trusted way to call any real phone number — connecting migrants, travellers, professionals, and businesses across the globe.

Here’s what our users say:

“Talk360 is a simple and reliable app for cheap international calls. It works even if the receiver has no internet, offers good call quality, and has transparent pricing.” — Google Play, United States ★★★★★
